Debbie is a professionally trained chef since 2003 and has a personal interest in food allergies and sensitivities. She loves to experiment with existing recipes, to break them down and rebuild them into tasty gluten free versions while at the same time to come up with alternatives for those with a dairy, egg and nut allergy or sensitivity.
